Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all our services and are effective from the point at which a booking is made.  From time to time, we amend our terms and conditions and reserve the right to do this any time.  We will provide you with an updated copy if we do this if you are affected.  The agreement is made between 1 (“We/us”) Charlotte loves style and 2 (“you”) as the customer.  Unless we have agreed otherwise with you (which we would do in writing), the purchase of our services is subject to the following terms & conditions.


What’s included in your consultation

The price that is discussed with you is based on the time in which I spend with you and the nature of the consultation.  Additional time can be taken at the agreed hourly rate and will be invoiced to you following your session.  This includes any time beyond 15 minutes over the agreed time.  Charlotte Broom will check the time with you during your consultation and advise accordingly.  In addition to the time spent with Charlotte Broom for the consultation required, the charge also includes preparation, communication, relative administration, and aftercare.



Due to the nature of our business, we offer a wide range of services that suit a variety of personal needs, therefore, the cost of which will be discussed with you at the point of inquiry dependant on your requirements.



All payments are taken via online banking.  We regret to inform you that we are unable to process cheques or take cash payments.  Full payment will need to be taken 48 hours after booking of appointment, after that we cannot guarantee the date except gift vouchers where full payment will be requested on booking.  You will receive an invoice by email confirming the costs, details of your consultation/gift, and how to pay.


Cancellations, Rescheduling

There may be situations when you need to re-schedule your booking.  Please advise Charlotte loves the style of the need for a changed appointment and we will work with you to make the amendment. Please note this must be done 48 hours before the consultation, an appointment can be rescheduled up to 6 months from the date of purchase of services.



All payments made to Charlotte Loves Style are non-refundable unless we have made a written agreement with you otherwise, in the unlikely event we have had to cancel your appointment and are unable to offer you a replacement, we will offer you a full refund.


Protection for you

All correspondence with our clients is made in writing for your protection.  We will detail the information you supply to us to ensure you are happy with how your consultation will be conducted.

We will only use your details for your consultation and ensure they are kept safe and secure for the time in which we are working with you. 

If you feel you haven’t received the service you are happy with, we’d like to know and will try our best to rectify the matter with you.  It is always helpful if you are very clear about what you would like to achieve at the beginning of working with us.

Charlotte Loves Style reserves the right to make amendments to bookings at any time where necessary and where it is in the best interest of you, the client.
